Words on Wednesday

This has been a very good two weeks for writing. Not only have I gone past 10K but I am coming very close to a very exciting part of the book!

Words on Wednesday: After Ever After

Firstly, I apologise for the lack of a post on Monday. I don’t know why but it completely slipped my mind!

This week has been going okay plotting wise. I’ve started plotting the whole series with one of my favourite writing tools: brightly coloured index cards.

I’m not sure how long it will take to complete this and I’m not happy with the scenes I blocked out so things may completely change on that front.

This is another week that has been going very well writing wise.

Not only have I finally moved onto Chapter 4, but I have hit my 200 hours goal.

In the coming week, my goal is to make as much progress on the outline as possible – in an ideal universe it will be finished soon!

This week has been going very well writing wise!

I finally finished Chapter 3. I’m onto Chapter 4 and I’m hoping to make lots of progress with it this week. I’m in love with these characters and I am excited to see how their stories will enfold.

The past two weeks have been rather busy, writing wise, but I suppose that is what happens when you have been on annual leave.

I’ve finished the Prewrite Project and I have been making slow but steady progress with the outline. I’m pretty sure I will finish it by the end of the month and get onto drafting Midnight Kiss, but we’ll see what happens.

How has your writing gone over the festive period?

Hi

Prep for my new series is going well! The first book has a subtitle! Midnight Rush – inspired by Cinderella, I think this is a very fitting title!

I’ve nearly finished the Prewrite Project, a workbook by She’s Novel, and it’s really helpful in terms of the questions that it’s asking me to think about the book. I’m hoping to finish it by the new year and then work on the outline itself.
